User Agreement

This User Agreement governs access to and use of Measure Live Portal (the "Service"). By creating an account, signing in, or submitting jobs, you agree to these terms.
1. Account Use
You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must keep login credentials private and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting unauthorized access, disrupting system operation, uploading malicious files, or violating applicable law.
3. Customer Data and Files
You are responsible for the files and data you upload, including rights to use that content. You grant us permission to process your files solely to operate and deliver the requested exports and related support.
4. Service Availability
Service performance may vary due to maintenance, infrastructure, third-party systems, or network conditions. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when practical.
5. Plans, Billing, and Renewals
Plans and submission add-ons are billed through Stripe under your selected plan and checkout details. Subscription plans may renew automatically unless canceled before renewal.
Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or as explicitly agreed in writing.
6. Priority and Submission Limits
Priority behavior and monthly submission limits are plan-based and enforced server-side. We may update limits or pricing by publishing new terms and plan details.
7. Termination or Suspension
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of this agreement, security risk, abuse, or non-payment. You may stop using the Service at any time.
8. Warranty Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Measure Live is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, or data arising from use of the Service.
10. Changes to This Agreement
We may update this agreement from time to time. Continued use after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
